Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC and Harlan Store, a multi-brand shop under Remark HB Ltd., have recently formalized their collaboration through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
The agreement, signed at Walton’s corporate office in Dhaka, involved Nazrul Islam Sarker, deputy managing director of Walton, and Abdul Alim Shimul, executive director of Remark HB Ltd., as per the press release.
Sarker highlighted Walton’s focus on manufacturing and supplying a diverse range of electrical, electronics, home, and kitchen appliances both domestically and internationally. He expressed gratitude towards Remark for extending special discounts to Walton members purchasing their health and beauty products.

Shimul emphasized Remark HB Ltd.’s ambitious plan to establish 1,000 branded shops nationwide within the coming year. He assured Walton members of exclusive discounts when buying products from these designated Remark outlets.
The signing event saw the presence of notable figures including Mohammad Rayhan, managing director of Walton Plaza, Amdadul Hoque Sarker, and Maj Gen (retd) Ibne Fazal Shayekhuzzaman, additional managing directors of Walton Hi-Tech.

Other attendees included Eva Rezwana Nilu and Shahjalal Hossain Limon, Didarul Alam Khan, Amin Khan, and Anisur Rahman Mollick, senior executive officers from both companies. Jiban Ahmed, operative director of Remark HB, and Ariful Islam, deputy director, also joined the gathering.
