Wander Woman, a leading women-focused travel company, is looking for a Sales Executive to join its growing team in Dhaka. The ideal candidate will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about travel, with a focus on driving sales, managing customer relationships, and supporting event initiatives that promote the brand’s mission of empowering women through travel experiences.

Job Context:
This role involves a mix of sales, marketing, and event coordination. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, building partnerships, executing promotional events, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement from inquiry to post-trip feedback. The position requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Partnership Management

  • Plan and launch monthly events to boost brand engagement and sales.
  • Reach out to partners for collaborations, sponsorships, and venue sourcing.
  • Execute creative social media and offline promotional campaigns.

Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Collect post-trip feedback and update the customer dashboard.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Personalize engagement to encourage repeat travel bookings.

Financial & Operational Support

  • Maintain accurate sales and transaction records.
  • Generate invoices, manage exchanges/refunds, and issue payment reminders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or event management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telesales or offline activation is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Work Schedule & Location:

  • Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka
  • Work Days: Sunday to Thursday
  • Weekend: Friday and Saturday (availability may be required based on sales needs)
  • Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: BDT 25,000 (fixed)
  • Incentives: Up to an additional BDT 25,000 based on performance (up to 100% KPI-based)
  • Fully subsidized meals.

Probation Period:
