Well Food and Beverage Company Limited is one of the leading FMCP companies in Bangladesh. They are looking for an experienced Manager for Brand & Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context

Developing promotional programs for well food according to year calendar.
Assist Company Director for implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, customer service standards and resolve problems.
Identifying market opportunities and submit periodical reports to management for implementation plan.
Improving product packaging; Coordinating new product development through creative unit.
Coordinating & aligning Dhaka, Sylhet and Chittagong unit for all kinds of market activities.
Preparing campaign budgets and support departments with data and information.
Monitor product performance and submit periodical product performance report to management.
Develop and implement a marketing strategy to reach customers effectively.
Communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decisions.
Make annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans based on each product’s capacity and utilization.
Create and execute marketing plans for current and future products and programs.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market opportunities.
Formulate marketing mix and prepare a plan to increase market share and ensure sales growth for assigned brands.
Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with company goals and supports the company’s bottom line.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall brand performance.
