World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Manager – Corporate Communications and Brand Management.

Job Context
- The Communications Manager position’s primary goal is to support World Vision’s programs in Bangladesh by managing communications and public engagement initiatives that efficiently ensure the production of high-quality, timely internal and external-facing communications materials for internal audiences, media outlets, donors, government stakeholders, and other partners, as well as to ensure the brand’s visibility in Bangladesh. This role is necessary to enhance the delivery of communication services across all of our programs in Bangladesh and to better position World Vision’s reputation and acceptance there as well as with important stakeholders.
- In addition to strengthened collection, processing, interpretation and dissemination of media and communications materials at the strategic and operational level, this post-holder will also support the function of risk mitigation, in co-operation with Director-Communications and senior management colleagues.
- The post holder will also be expected to build up the country`s brand in-country, namely through national and regional media, and support programs to carry out work on communications with beneficiaries and local stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Communications and media opportunities are identified and responded to in order to ensure that World Vision is a credible source for the partners, donors, governments, communities, children and World Vision staff.
- Measure are in place to produce accurate, high quality, user-friendly, child-centered communications and media work.
- Communications and media work are built into annual planning including proposal development and incorporate ways to allocate resources and build capacity (case studies, leaflets, fact sheets, promotion materials, press releases, media packs, social media, videos, photos, reports, summary reports, and news).
- Position a WV brand and uphold it to a high level of quality
- Deliver a staff engagement communications plan to ensure staff across WV (National Office) and the partnership at large are informed and engaged with the organization’s work, and are an engaged pro-Communications staff.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
- Skills Required: Brand Management, Communications Expert, Planning and Designing
- Post Graduate Degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/ Media Relation.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Branding Management, Communication, INGO, NGO business
