They are looking for a Retail Brand & Marketing Executive.

The Retail Brand & Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and enhancing the brand’s presence in the market, developing marketing strategies, and overseeing promotional activities to increase customer engagement and drive sales. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the brand’s market presence.
  • Coordinate with management to enhance branding materials and define brand standards.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze competitors to ensure a competitive edge.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s products and services.
  • Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure they align with brand standards and business goals.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the brand’s online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and e-commerce channels.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and key performance indicators to optimize online content.

Promotions and Events:

  • Plan and execute promotional events to attract potential customers.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for event necessities.
  • Evaluate the success of each event and promotion to improve future strategies.

Customer Engagement:

  • Develop programs and strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
  • Implement customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
  • Address customer feedback and ensure a positive brand experience.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective and provide a return on investment.
  • Negotiate with external vendors and agencies to maximize budget efficiency.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in Retail Store

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Proven experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
