SHAJGOJ is hiring Assistant Product Manager
SHAJGOJ is a beauty & hygiene e-commerce of Bangladesh. If you are passionate about the beauty industry, have prior experience in procurement, and possess excellent organizational, analytical and good communication skills, then “Assistant Product Manager” under the Business Development Department is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute for our company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify new suppliers, negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
2. Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing the beauty product procurement, analyzing sales data, and managing stock replenishment strategies.
3. Ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery by working closely with suppliers and logistics partners.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer preferences and assist in developing and launching new products by coordinating with them.
5. Actively participate in product listing, content creation, and marketing initiatives for the beauty category on our e-commerce platform.
Requirements:
1. Graduate from any discipline.
2. 1-2 years of prior experience in beauty product procurement or a similar role within the e-commerce industry is required; however, freshers’ can also apply.
3. Proficiency in using ERP software and MS Office applications.
Job Location:
Progati Sorani, Dhaka
Salary:
BDT. 25,000 to 35,000/= per month (Based on Experience)
Bonus: 2 Festival Bonus in a year

05 days in a week
