They are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who has at least 03 years of proven experience in the Brand Outdoor Activities and Event Management sector for meaningful contribution to their company to reach the goal of the organization.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for outdoor programs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify innovative approaches to enhance the visibility and reach of outdoor initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure marketing efforts resonate with the interests and needs of the target audience.
• Represent the organization at industry events, fostering partnerships and increasing brand presence.
• Work with marketing teams to seamlessly integrate outdoor activities into overall marketing plans.
• Provide outdoor-specific insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain client relationships to strengthen the organization’s marketing position.
• Lead and inspire marketing teams dedicated to outdoor programs/events.
• Collaborate with marketing, Audit and financial teams to manage budgets, ensuring safety-compliant messaging.
• Need to source promotional items regularly which enhance company/stakeholder goodwill.
