Responsibilities & Context
- Must have knowledge of marketing and establishing promotional & brand values products and plots.
- Highly knowledgeable on Flat sale, Land Real Estate business and present market.
- Should have a positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Organizing sales team, monitoring & controlling executive & others.
- Monitoring market activities.
- Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
- Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.
- Manage relationships with existing client and ensure service quality & standards.
- Creating customers and convincing them to buy products (real estate).
- Communicate with target customers and manage customer relationships.
- Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.
- Network expansion across areas of concern to increase sales.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.
- Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Master’s degree in any discipline.
- BBA/MBA Major in Marketing from any Public/ Private university with good academic record.
Experience Required
- 5 to 10 years
Additional Requirements
- Experience in real estate company. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MSOffice. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and excellent time management skills. Attitude & Bearing: Must be very good looking, clean shaved (for male), alluring personality, impressive, decent, and positive gestures. Candidates from Real estate background.
- Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel. Ability to work under pressure and ability to work for long working hour.
