Initially started this venture as an f-commerce shop, but now it has two outlets in the capital (Mohammadpur and Dhanmondi). The company offers all baby products, like milk, diapers, toys, clothes, toiletries, food, and chocolates, as well as all feeding items apart from shoes, bags, and food items for expectant mothers and women. Baby Care & Comfort has established itself as a reliable business platform for purchasing original baby products in recent years.
We are looking for a resilient, empathic digital marketing executive to contribute to the growth of our company. digital marketing executives are responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Prepare promotion/campaign action plans, strategies & schedule promotional activity on time.
โข Implementing and Managing the Company’s social media accounts platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Twitter, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.
โข Conducting market research to identify target audiences and determine the best digital channels for reaching them
โข Develop and implement Content strategies, Google AdSense, AdWords, Analytics.
โข Monitor daily performance metrics to understand campaigns performance & report to the management.
โข Creating and managing digital content, including website copy, ad copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns
โข Optimizing website and content for search engine optimization (SEO)
โข Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement
โข Analyze and optimize ad campaigns, prepare media buying budgets Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
โข Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all channels

Qualifications:
โข Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English or related field.
โข Completed Digital Marketing Course from a reputed institution.
โข Experience in e-Commerce or marketplace platforms will be preferred
โข Have a good knowledge on E-commerce/Marketplace Digital Marketing Strategy.
โข The applicants should have experience in the following areaโs Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel etc.
โข Team player – working with other team members
โข Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tactics
โข Knowledge of analytics tools like Google and Bing analytics.
โข Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms (such as Hoot suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.)
โข Proven experience in social media marketing and advertising
