HATIL wins Superbrands Bangladesh Award 2023-24
HATIL, a leading furniture brand, has been awarded the prestigious Superbrands Bangladesh Award for 2023-2024. The award recognizes HATIL as one of the most successful and trusted brands in the furniture industry.
Superbrands Bangladesh, which operates in 90 countries, is an authoritative body that recognizes the success of brands globally. The brands that receive this recognition leverage it in their marketing efforts, including adding the Superbrands logo to packaging, business communications, and more.
The award ceremony was held at Hotel Sheraton on February 11th and was attended by Selim H Rahman, HATIL’s chairman and managing director, who received the award from Syed Mahbubur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of Mutual Trust Bank Limited (MTB). Also in attendance were Mahfuzur Rahman, director; Mizanur Rahman, director of Accounts and Finance; Moshiur Rahman, director of Marketing; and Shafiqur Rahman, director of Production and Planning.
In his speech, Selim H Rahman stated that this recognition was a testament to HATIL’s commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service. He added that HATIL’s success has encouraged many entrepreneurs to enter the furniture industry, promoting economic growth and development in the sector.
HATIL operates in eight product lines, including home furniture, office furniture, hotel furniture, hospital furniture, institutional furniture, kitchen cabinets, interiors, and doors. The brand exports its furniture to countries such as the USA, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, and Bhutan.
The brand uses advanced machinery and robots in its factory, allowing for the production of around 48,000 pieces of furniture per month. HATIL also places a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and is certified by the FSC for its eco-friendly practices and processes.
