Job Purpose

We are looking for an experienced Manager to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness, engagement and market share. As a Manager of the Brand & Market Communications department, you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, assessing KPIs and ROI. Additionally, you will also be responsible for leading the digitization initiatives of the department.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You should be well aware of the latest technological trends in customer’s digital touchpoints (app, web, chatbot).

Major Responsibilities

  • Formulating long and short term brand strategies and campaign plans
  • Executing brand campaigns across media with help of cross-functional teams (ATL/BTL media, trade marketing)
  • Coordinating with agencies & overseeing the design and production of creative collaterals – advertisements and promotional materials
  • Building brand awareness and increasing brand value through engagement initiatives
  • Identifying digital platform (website, app, chatbot) trends and new features to take advantage of new opportunities coordinating with relevant stakeholders (product team, in-house, and partner developers)
  • Managing Robi’s social listening, digital analytics, etc tools and sharing relevant insights analyzing these tools
  • Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Coordinating with media team to improve overall marketing results
  • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website, app & chatbot traffic and user experience
  • Planning and implementing digital transformation initiatives in terms of process improvement or platform enhancement

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business or relevant field/s
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, or advertising positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of various media platforms, best practices, and website-app analytics
  • Know-how of SEO, web development/digital platform development, and management process
  • Hands-on Experience in Google Analytics and Firebase analytics, predictive base creative recommendation engine
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure
