Nestlé Bangladesh has expanded its global network of factories with the construction of a cutting-edge facility with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tonnes. This new plant not only boosts the economy of Bangladesh but also generates direct and indirect jobs for approximately 1,000 individuals.

The plant will initially focus on processing lactogen 2 and lactogen 3, with plans to process Lactogen 1 and NAN in the future.

The plant was ceremoniously launched as a virtual event, attended by the Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun and the Executive Chairman of the Bangladesh Investment Development Authority, Md Sirajul Islam.

This facility marks a significant achievement for Nestlé Bangladesh and the country’s economy and is anticipated to play a crucial role in its continued growth and progress.
