They are serving a diverse global clientele across 100+ countries. NEXT Ventures is hiring Technical Content Writer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare documents for the tech team, including Feature documents, Project documents, User Guides, API Documentation, and SRS, following instructions from supervisors.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable language.
  • Research and gather information from subject matter experts, engineering teams, or product managers, and transform it into well-structured, engaging content such as technical documentation, user manuals, API guides, tutorials, blog posts, whitepapers, or knowledge base articles.
  • Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services.
  • Collaborate with fellow technical communicators to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge-based technical documents for the Next Venture Company.
  • Manage complex information and multiple projects within content specifications and timelines.
  • Implement comprehensive technical documentation, feedback, and changes whenever possible.
  • Create technical documents that convey accurate messaging for the project.
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in word processor programs such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs and Tools like Figma/Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with some tools like Insomnia/Postman is a plus.

1+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
