Payoneer and Upay collaborate to provide instant payment solutions for freelancers
United States-based Payoneer, a provider of financial technology, has teamed up with Bangladesh’s Upay, a provider of financial technology, to provide freelancers in Bangladesh with fast payment choices. Senior officials from both companies announced this exciting partnership at a ceremony held at the Hotel Amari Dhaka.
This partnership allows freelancers in Bangladesh to receive their income earned from freelancing through Payoneer and withdraw cash from over 80,000 Upay points.
The service charge for this will be only Tk 10 per thousand, and there will be no additional fees to withdraw money from UCB Bank ATMs.
As a result, freelancers in Bangladesh can now quickly access their hard-earned money without having to worry about expensive fees or protracted wait times.
As an added bonus, customers who use the Upay app to withdraw cash from their Payoneer balance between February 25 and March 31 will receive a one percent cash reward.
