Prize Winners of the ‘Nagad-Mastercard Lakhpati Campaign’ Announced

Nagad, a prominent mobile financial service provider in Bangladesh, in collaboration with Mastercard, has awarded the prize money to the winners of the “Lakhpati campaign.” These winners earned their prizes by adding funds to their Nagad wallets using Mastercards issued by Bangladesh Bank-approved banks and non-bank financial institutions.

A prize-giving ceremony was recently held at Nagad’s head office in Banani, the capital’s area. Representatives from Nagad, including Executive Director Mohammad Aminul Haque, Chief Commercial Officer Md Shihab Uddin, and Chief External Affairs Officer Sheikh Shabab Ahmed, were present at the event. Similarly, Syed Mohammad Kamal, the Country Manager of Mastercard, Bangladesh, and Director Zakia Sultana, represented Mastercard.

As part of the Nagad-Mastercard campaign, Nagad customers received cash bonuses based on their add-money transactions from Mastercard, categorized into seven specific slabs. Each customer could enjoy a cash bonus once for each add-money slab, totaling BDT 1,000. Additionally, three customers were selected from those who made the highest amounts of add-money during the campaign for three mega prizes.

The winners of the Nagad-Mastercard campaign are as follows: Md Marfot Ali received the first prize of BDT 1 lakh, Mosammat Farzana Khatun won the second prize of BDT 75,000, and Ruba Kabir claimed the third prize of BDT 50,000. Nagad and Mastercard officials presented the prizes to the winners.
