Job Summary

PUSTI, one of the leading consumer brands of Bangladesh from house of T.K. Group, is looking for a detail-oriented Officer/Sr. Officer for their MIS & Sales Admin team. As a team member, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing daily reports, supporting sales officials, and evaluating campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze daily reports on ERP system/G-Apps and SSA Apps.
Provide relevant data and analyze market trends to support sales officials.
Generate and execute timely and accurate MIS operational reports.
Evaluate campaign performance to improve the effectiveness of future promotions.
Develop revenue-generating strategies by analyzing promotion performance with relevant teams.
Maintain and document handle customer requests.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

MBA/BBA in MIS or any relevant discipline.
At least 3-5 years of experience in MIS and Sales Administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
