Rahul Group stands as a premier business conglomerate within the FMCG sector in North Bengal, boasting a substantial market presence in Bangladesh for over 25 years. Presently, their esteemed company is in search of a qualified candidate who will undertake the pivotal role of promoting the esteemed brands and significantly enhancing their market footprint across the nation.

Rahul Group is actively seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Strategist to join their expanding team. This individual should possess a strong blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strategic acumen. The Brand Strategist will hold a key position in elevating their brand’s visibility in the market and crafting content strategies tailored to engage their national audience across diverse digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Brand Management.
  • Proficiency in Excel sheets, along with familiarity with other relevant tools and platforms, is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated creativity and critical thinking abilities.
  • Possesses a competitive and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to infuse a sense of humor into work endeavors.
  • Emphasis on skills and competencies over academic degrees.

Experience:

We value skills and abilities over academic qualifications, though previous experience is highly regarded, particularly in creative fields.

Candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of experience are preferred, specifically in areas such as Advertising Agencies, the FMCG Industry,

Food & Manufacturing, and Groups of Companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Analyze consumer trends to develop/define marketing funnel through market research.
  • Manage and oversee the development of marketing materials such as promotional campaigns, social media content, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics such as sales, customer engagement, company’s core value and brand sentiment.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Measures and reports performance of all marketing activities, and assesses against goals (KPIs).

Location: Rahul Group, Rahul Center, Level 3 & 4 Beside Bogura Pouroshova, Jail Road, Jaleshwaritola Bogra, 5800. We do not have any other corporate office locations.

Job Nature: Full-Time

Weekend: Friday

Office Hours: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm

Compensation Package:

  •  Salary range: 25,000 – 35,000 BDT
  •  Annual salary increment (Eligibility conditions may apply)
  •  Two (2) times yearly festival bonus (Eligibility conditions may apply)
