Following sustained investment, network optimization initiative, and deployment of the L2600 spectrum band that the company acquired in the auction last year, customers of Robi Axiata Limited throughout the country are enjoying significantly improved data and video network experience. 

Robi has successfully deployed the L2600 spectrum in 50% of sites that previously struggled with high data traffic. This change has made the network work twice as well, so now data can go 50% faster. We’re also going to make the network even better all across the country by adding more of this L2600 stuff.

Making the network bigger helps both people who use data and people who make phone calls using VoLTE. This means that your data and voice calls will be of better quality. Robi secured 60 MHz of spectrum from the 2600 band in an open auction last year, laying the foundation for these network enhancements.

Moreover, the network optimization efforts have led to a 60% reduction in call drop rates for both Robi and Airtel users over the past year. Moreover, the Mean Opinion Score (MOS), indicating overall call quality, has improved by approximately 50% since the beginning of the year. All these actions show that Robi is really committed to giving their customers a better and trustworthy network experience.
