In a compelling and unprecedented convergence of academia and industry expertise, Shokti+ Presents “Practitioners’ Dialogue with Student Representatives,” an initiative of Practitioners Academy, was held on the 30th of October at Gloria Jean’s Café in Gulshan 2, organized by Brand Practitioners Bangladesh.

This unique event aimed to bridge the gap between the aspirations of motivated students and the expectations of seasoned corporate professionals.

As the professional landscape continues to evolve, students aspire to align their academic journeys with the ever-changing demands of the workforce. Meanwhile, corporate professionals often express concerns about the readiness of graduates in terms of practical skills and knowledge. The Practitioners’ Dialogue sought to facilitate a constructive conversation between these two critical stakeholders.

The event was skillfully moderated by Surayya Siddiqua, the Director of Sales Marketing at Grameen Danone Foods Limited, who ensured that the dialogue flowed seamlessly, fostering spontaneous and enriching conversations.
