SWISH is looking for a passionate Executive / Sr. Executive, Business Development to join their team. Candidate should be an inspired self-starter and able to drive sales growth through building rapport with customers and close sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Regular client visit and follow-up, find out potential client and submit quotation to Client
- Convert Potential clients to our customer by generating sales
- Ability to handle customers queries and complaint
- Ability to establish the strong brand image of SWISH at customers.
- Regularly report to top management and supervisor about the market scenario after client meeting.
- Train and supervise subordinates.
- Strong Communication Skills at customer end & build an emotional connection.
- Ability to understand clients requirement.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Materials, Ceramics, Sanatery
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.
