T.K. Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join PUSTI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and establishing a sustainable distribution network. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Achieve SKU-wise sales targets for primary and secondary sales in the assigned region.
- Develop sales strategies and establish a sustainable distribution network.
- Monitor and improve distributor performance, market trends, and competition.
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to review progress and provide coaching.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support and execute trade marketing activities.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to upper management on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales management in the consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively.
