Walton’s special initiative for installment product buyers 

Walton Plaza has created a new financial assistance program for customers and families who make purchases through installments. In a notification, they said that if the buyer or a family member suffers an accident, it becomes difficult for the family to pay the remaining installments. Walton Plaza has taken such an initiative to help ease the burden for these families. This program is named Installment Buyer and Family Protection Policy.

Walton Plaza has introduced a new system that allows customers to buy products in installments. This option has become popular for those who cannot afford to pay the full price for a product all at once. Now, Walton Plaza has launched an installment buyer and family protection policy facility.

According to the notification, Installment Protection Card will be given to installment buyers from any Walton Plaza. This is under the Installment Buyer and Family Protection Policy.

The security card will contain all the information related to the buyer, the product purchased and the installment. Walton Plaza will pay Tk 50,000 to Tk 3,000 based on the product value in case of death of the customer while the installment is in progress and Tk 25,000 to Tk 1,50,000 in case of death of a member of his family. It is important to note that after adjusting the amount of unpaid installments of the respective products at the time of death, the remaining amount will be paid to the buyer or his family or nominee or heir.

If the installment buyer is unmarried, his parents will be considered as co-borrowers. And if the buyer is married, then his spouse and children will come under this benefit as co-borrowers.

In addition to this, Walton Plaza is observing ‘Installment Buyers and Family Protection Week’ across the country. During the Protection Week between December 5 and 11, customers who purchase products on installments from any Walton Plaza in the country will be covered by the ‘Installment Buyers and Family Protection Policy’ and will also receive free attractive products.

Walton has launched a one-stop service that provides all kinds of information and services to buyers and traders. Customers and traders can be served from Walton Plaza within 24 hours.
