Job Responsibilities
- Maintain Exceptional Relationship & Follow-up with Prospects & Clients.
- Ensure Customer Information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
- Analyze Trends, Data, Demographics, Pricing Strategies and other information that can potentially improve Marketing and Sales performance.
- Set digital Marketing Strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blog).
- Involvement in physical Branding activities.
- Should have capabilities to prepare & implement Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Strategic Marketing Plan.
- Follow up Sales and Promotional Activities.
- Have the capability to lead Marketing Team & Train members of the Team.
- Acquire New Customers & be updated about the market scenario.
- Respond and follow-up Sales inquiries through understanding the Prospects requirements.
- Study Market Trends, Client needs and Growth opportunities to Strategically Position Company Product line.
Educational Requirements
- MBA/ Master’s Degree in Marketing from a recognized University.
Experience & Additional Requirements
- 8 or more years working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Sufficient Knowledge on Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
- Should be Smart, Energetic, Self motivated.
- Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
- Capability of convincing Prospect.
- Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
